Our staff member, Kokona, has extensive study abroad experience and is incredibly fluent in English.
Whenever we have English-speaking clients, I rely on her for interpretation ― and she’s always such a great help.
Her English skills are truly impressive, and she’s so cool and professional!
She’s not only gentle and attentive with both customer service and treatments, but also incredibly fast and efficient with administrative tasks.
