It’s been 5 years since my first visit to Ellena as a customer, and 3 years since I joined the team.
I always wanted to be an esthetician. I knew Ellena was the perfect place for me to start my journey.Hiromi-san welcomed me onto the team despite having no prior experience in the industry.
Since I joined during the fitness season, the salon was incredibly busy. Hiromi-san and everybody made a time for my training, and many customers kindly supported me throughout the learning process.
Every step of my growth has been possible because of everyone involved.
Nothing makes me happier or motivates me more than hearing our customers say, “I’m so glad I came to Ellena,” and seeing their smiles.
I will continue being an esthetician who can bring smiles, happiness, and memorable experiences to many people.

2021年6月29日にエレーナに初来店してから5年、
2026年6月6日でエレーナに入社してから3年が経ちました。
定期的にスプレータンニングとワックス脱毛に通っていて次第にエステティシャンに憧れるようになり、そのタイミングで出会ったエレーナ。
エステティシャンになるならエレーナでやりたい。
お客さんとして通う中でエレーナに魅了され、ご縁をいただき、裕美さんは未経験だった私を受け入れてくださいました。
フィットネスシーズン真っ盛りで超多忙な時期にも関わらず研修の時間を作っていただき、多くのお客様にも研修にご協力いただきました。
1人では感じられなかった喜び、成し遂げられなかった目標。全ての成長は裕美さん、スタッフ、お客様、関係者の方々のおかげです。
